Welcome to the Chris Beddick State Farm Agency, proudly serving Latrobe and our surrounding communities throughout Westmoreland County.

Our office has a strong focus on helping individuals and families relocating to Westmoreland County, including Unity Township, Derry Township, and Ligonier Township. We work closely with customers in Latrobe, Derry, Ligonier, Greensburg, Pleasant Unity, New Alexandria, Youngstown, and nearby areas. Having deep local roots allows us to offer guidance that’s personal, practical, and truly grounded in the needs of our region.

I’m a proud Latrobe resident, and family plays a big role in my life. My oldest son, Will, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and lives and works in Pittsburgh. My younger son, Jack, is a junior at St. Vincent College, where he also played defense for their hockey team. St. Vincent College is even visible from our office.

I began my State Farm career in 1996 with the goal of being my own boss and building something meaningful in the community I call home. I’ve proudly served as a State Farm Agent in Latrobe since 2001, and July 1 marks my 25th anniversary as an agent here. Over the years, our agency has been honored as Top Insurance Provider by readers of the Latrobe Bulletin. I’m also a long-time member of the Latrobe Rotary Club, where I’ve been actively involved for more than 15 years, and a member of the Greater Latrobe–Laurel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me around the rink or the field. I volunteer as a hockey coach for the Latrobe Middle School hockey program, and manage a local baseball team. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy hockey, baseball, golfing, and spending time with my girlfriend.
